RETURNS:

To align with the ACCC Return Policy we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. Please choose carefully.

Please note: if the product doesn't fit we will offer an exchange or refund. Please email customercare@malilane.com.au to request return authorisation.

ONLINE RETURNS

For items purchased online, we understand that sometimes the product is just not right for you, whether it be fit or style.

You must contact us for authorisation and details to return any items. Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your purchase and in the same condition it was purchased, with Tags attached and any packaging along with proof of purchase. Returns will be assesd once recieved.

Please ensure any returned items are in the same condition as purchased, with no damage or marks including make up, fake tan or perfume on products, all tags must be attached.

If your item is faulty please email us photos for assessment. We may need to have the brand assess the item before we issue a replacement or refund.

*We do not accept returns on earrings and fragrance.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post. If you have received a tracking number, be assured, it's on its way. If tracking comes up with details pending, it may not get scanned until it's on board for delivery to you.

Orders placed by 3pm are shipped same day where possible, orders made after this time, if we are not able to lodge them for same-day shipping they will be shipped the following day. (excludes weekends/Public Holidays)

You will receive a tracking number to track your parcel. If you haven't received tracking, please check your junk mail and add us to your address book, customercare@malilane.com.au  email us to re-send detail if not recieved.

We cannot be held responsible for any Australia Post delays. For lost or stolen parcels, please contact Australia Post direct to lodge a dispute/enquiry to locate your parcel. Please track your parcel.

INTERNATIONAL - Delivery to NZ at a flat rate of $19.95. All country import taxes and charges if applicable for your country are payable by the customer. We are not currently shipping to any other countries.
