RETURNS:
To align with the ACCC Return Policy we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. Please choose carefully. If you purchase online and the product does not fit, we will offer you a refund or exchange.
ONLINE RETURNS
For items purchased online, we understand that sometime the product is just not right for you, wether it be fit or style, please get in touch and we will and provide return instructions.
Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your purchase in the same condition it was purchased with Tags and any packaging along with proof of purchase. Any Items deemed to be worn will be automatically returned to you and no refund or return provided.
Returns are assessed on an individual basis. For online returns Please email customercare@malilane.com.au for your returns authorisation number, returns may not be accepted without this. Please ensure you provide details of why you wish to return your purchase so we can make an assessment of any issues. You will be required to pay for any postage charges to return your items.
Please choose carefully when making your purchase. Returns are not accepted for change of mind.
Note: Any items being assessed for return must be in the original condition with all tags attached to the garment. Please ensure that the item is not damaged, worn, have fake tan, make up or any marks or damage to the product.
*We do not accept returns on earrings and fragrance.
*Sale items | We do not accept returns on sale items that are more than 40% off.

IN STORE RETURNS
If you are shopping in-store please be sure to try on your pieces to ensure the correct fit. No returns or refunds will be accepted for change of mind. If there is an issue with you items eg. for gifts, and you wish to return, they must be returned within 14 days of purchasing in store.
Note: Any items being assessed for return must be in the original condition with all tags attached to the garment. Please ensure that the item is not damaged, have fake tan, make up or any damage to the item.
**Any in store Credit Notes or Gift Vouchers are deemed as cash and are non-replaceable items, these are not currently recorded. (e-gift cards are traceable)
If your item is faulty please return for assessment, please know we may need to have the brand assess the item be fore we issue a replacement or refund.
